Responsive and pleasant team members who are obviously client focused. Buying experience was excellent. Item purchased was better than described, and immaculately packaged. Their detailed photos and descriptions are so helpful. I love that YC cleans the bags before selling. Prices are reasonable for most items. Selling experience is smooth - the only thing I’d like to see is ACH deposits as an option instead of mailed check/store credit options currently.

Beware a scam buying from Yoogis Closet. I purchased an item and paid by credit card. Amount was approved by my credit card and charged to my credit card account. However, when I tracked the shipment I discovered that Yoogis recalled the item and refused to resend it to me, saying that their system denied the payment. Supervisor who identified herself as “Treasure” took no responsibility for their refusal to send the item that I had paid for. My item is now listed for sale again on their website after I paid for this item.

They have the worst customer service especially if you are a client outside of the US. They do not provide assistance at all if your item is lost so do not buy from this business anymore.
