We are a Cancer group and give cream tea hampers to our members going through difficult times. we usually use another company but thought we would try these as it could work out cheaper. Unfortunately the first order we placed went missing and did not get to the cancer sufferer. The company apologised when I enquired as to why and have sent it out again but it put me in an embarrassing situation to have to ring someone just out of hospital to ask if our gift got to them. I would have expected a little more than an apology. I don't know if I will use them again.

Thank you so much for an amazing service, I had a cream tea sent to my brother in Nottingham, he is near the end of his battle with cancer, and will never make it down to Devon again and I wanted to send him a present to represent his family and time he has spent in Plymouth .he was super happy and so was I to see the photo of him tucking in with a smile on his face,.so thank you for an amazing hamper and super service

I ordered a cream tea for my mother who had just been diagnosed with cancer which should have included free fudge. The fudge was substituted with apple juice, there was no warning of this and the live chat help agent simply told me the substitution would have been made if the fudge had run out. I would have preferred an email before dispatch stating the free gift was out of stock, giving me the choice to cancel my order. I have ordered from other companies previously and this company’s products were completely inferior in taste and quality. Something that should have been a ‘pick me up’ for my mother was unfortunately a complete waste of money.

Arrived on time. Very nice. Used this company few times and always on time. Food is very nice and well packed. Cream was a bit soft as it arrived quite late in the day. Would recommend and use company again.

I have now been lucky enough to have been given two of the Devon Cream teas boxes. They are absolutely delicious, one was delivered for Mother's day and came by post. It was so fresh, in every way. Thoroughly recommend this company in every way. A beautiful gift at any time.

The product and delivery were first class. This was a gift for my mum who lives 300 miles away and is terminally ill. It is such a great idea to be able to send her a bit of home as she was born and brought up in Devon. Everyone loves a cream tea. Well done guys she loved it and said the quality was excellent.
