Arrived by courier on date specified. Pasty and scones were excellent. My mum enjoyed her birthday present.

I got this Cream Tea as a gift for a friends birthday. It arrived safe and sound on the 1st Feb. Sadly there was an issue with the scones. But customer services where contacted and a complete new cream tea was sent within 24 hours and all was well. Brilliant service.

Great gifts for a reasonable budget knowing I'm going to make someone's day when they get home to a delicious supprise. Chosen delivery dates and attractive packaging makes it a little more special. Wish someone would letterbox me one.

I don’t know how this company has got good reviews. My experience is quite different. I ordered a cream tea for elderly relatives just before Christmas. It was not delivered. No reaction from company apart from telling me to check address so I tried to chase it through the courier. They admitted it was their error but further errors caused a 5 day delay. When parcel arrived there was no sell by date on the cream so my aunt rang manufacturer and was told it should be eaten within 5 days of delivery if refridgerated. As we had no idea how the parcel had been stored I recommended her not to eat the cream. My complaints to Devon Tea company have fallen on deaf ears; not even acknowledgment of my complaint. I appreciate this is couriers’ error but it is up to Devon cream tea to follow up. They just ignore my emails. I will now take up the issue with my credit card company to reclaim payment but would recommend you not to use this company.

Ordered a cream tea for my daughter in law. When it arrived the box had been damaged in transit and the contents were squashed though I have it on good authority that the Scones were still delicious if a bit crumbly! It wasn't the company's fault but when I contacted them I was immediately offered a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and I shall definitely use this company again .

Very pleased with the cream tea hamper. The recipient really enjoyed it and said that it was all very tasty. A great extra being the free fudge. It was delivered by a very friendly delivery driver. Would definitely use again.

What a find...I was looking for something to cheer up my MIL who had had a terrible accident and happened across Devon Cream Teas. Their Classic Devon Cream Tea & Prosecco Hamper is amazing. They delivered it promptly, keeping me informed and up-to-date with the progress of my order, and my MIL is delighted.

From ordering to delivery has been great. A delivery problem did occur but the delivery guys were fantastic at sorting it out. Cream tea was well received by the recipient. Goods were fresh, nicely packaged and tasty. Real value for money. Fantastic gift for any occasion -highly recommended. This product can be ordered any time of year and you can nominate a delivery date. Very impressed with the whole journey from order to munching!!!

I ordered a delivery but on the day it was due the Recipient had had a fall & been in hospital. I contacted DCT as I couldn't get my tracking number to work to try & rearrange delivery. The person I spoke to was so helpful & offered to postpone my order and have a new delivery sent out when the recipient was out of hospital. I was absolutely blown away by this - customer service that truly went above & so far beyond!!! Brilliant! Have recommended to everyone!!

From our holiday in Devon we sent Cream teas to two different members of our family by inter net. But, we made a mistake with their address's. The next day we discovered our mistake and phoned Devon cream teas. They resolved the problem and the Cream teas arrived Much to the recipients pleasure.

Was rather disappointed im afraid The scones were a crumbly mess and over all I was disappointed we ate it but the next day we both felt ill I've not complained as did see the point

In my delivery i got no clotted cream.. Had to go to the shop to buy some. Would have thought this would be the main thing to remember. Shame really as everything tasted really good.

I purchased a Devon Cream Tea as a treat for my husband's birthday. It arrived with items missing, so I spoke to a nice lady in Customer Services, who said she would make sure they arrived promptly the next day. When they didn't arrive by 4pm I contacted the company again to be told nothing had been sent out and was offered a partial refund instead. So far, so bad. The actual contents of the box were fairly underwhelming and were jumbled up in an oversized carton. There was no "high-quality presentation gift card", just a cheap, slick bit of paper with perforations where it had obviously been ripped off a larger sheet. However, the biggest let down was the scones themselves. I am bemused as to how they have managed to garner any respectable reviews. Dry, crumbly and tasting overwhelming of bicarbonate of soda they were without a doubt the most unpleasant scones we have ever tasted. In conclusion, I would say many decent companies are providing excellent cream teas by post but sadly Devon Cream Teas are not one of them.
