So the Cruise consultant volunteered to call the cruise company to see if anything could be done. His call was successful and I was able to book the type of cabin I wanted at a good price.

When I book the cruise the staff are always wonderful but once the cruise is booked and I have a query I often get the impression they are working from home and I have disturbed them. This may not be the case but I definitely notice a lack of consistency with staff members.
