I wanted to book a cruise and wanted information to be honest and helpful. I decided to go to ROL and the person who took my call did provide all the information I asked for. This gave me the confidence to make a booking and I now look forward to the trip booked in 2025. The information was backed up by email within the stated timeframe and I received proof of booking within that.I have contact details also should I need any.

There is always another agenda when you ring ROL. The price you want to pay is rarely available and you have to upgrade and pay more for what you wanted in the first place.

The phone was answered immediately by Ben. He was helpful, informative and well versed in his job. I received an email the minute the booking was finalised. It’s lovely to be able to talk to a real person and as for the phone being answered so quickly, I would give 10 stars if I could.

Does their unsubscribe to emails button not work. I have been unsubscribing for 2-3 weeks now and I am still getting emails. It puts me off using them in the future.
