Thanks ROL for letting Hurtigruten put me there, thank you for letting them charge me extra for upgrading me to a quieter room.All subjective may I add? I didn't bring the decibel meter with me on holiday. Thank you for not getting me to the airport on the 26th December from the terminal as agreed. Big Thank you for passing the buck to Hurtigruten who then passes the buck back. Poor show from an experience cruise holiday organiser. At least insist, or know the cabins. For a first time customer and cruise customer this was part of the experience.Hurtigruten cruises get your bill early...it will be wrong, I had to find the catering manager in the kitchen to sort my overcharges out. You have been warned! Dumped in Bergen, Christmas day. NoTransport to airport on the 26th to airport as included.Had to find my own way there. Remember folks, once you've paid, and something has gone wrong, support from RoL has been poor. So poor , the saga of Hurtigruten overcharging,No airport coach still continues. 3/01/25 Thank you RoL. I wait in anticipation.16/02/25 Saga continues. 5/03/25 £20 compensated for no airport transport! You certainly provided an experience!

The ship was brilliantly decorated for the festive period. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom, however, was a challenge being one of the smallest we’ve ever encountered. All in all we had a fantastic 7 days and we all would recommend one of these themed cruises.
