We paid in full for an additional discount and then we got a phone call to say that the figure published in The Times was priced Incorrectly and the correct price was more than a 50% increase on the price we paid. Unsurprisingly we opted for a refund. So, ROL didn't ' cover themselves in glory'.

I booked a cruise, and it took me several times to get somebody to call me back, and beg me to book with them. With hindsight, I could have booked directly with Cunard. As Emma was the first one to answer my inquiry, nobody could help or take care of your booking. The worst bit is being promised they will call you back within 2,5,10,3 minutes which none of this had happened. I just wish they were more professional and didn't promise clients and set timings. It took me almost the whole day to ever do the booking which I am now kind of regretting.

Inquired about a cruise on Saturday and spoke to Katie for a quote. No pressure. Called back 30 minutes later and smoothly booked it with a bit of banter thrown in. Have dealt with ROL for years and they were very helpful when I had to claim for the refund of two big deposits when my wife took ill. Will not use anybody else, speak as you find. A thirty year cruiser.

So disappointed as the advertised cruise in the Times was literally a third more expensive when we phoned to get the deal the day of the advertisement. Clearly not to be trusted.
