I ask if it is backordered and I get another vague email from another customer service rep. Completely unacceptable. Bad at communicating. Lies on their website.

United States | 15 June 2021We bought printer Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000A. It stopped to work properly in 3 month after the first use. When we contacted seller and asked to help to change it or repair, they said that warranty is just 90 days and we have to contact Epson directly. I specially tried to buy the same printer once again and didn't get any notes that warranty for two thousand dollars printer is just 90 days. Very disappointed.
