United States | 09 November 2018***EDIT**** In being able to discuss further both sides of the situation, I am very pleased with how go-label was able to handle and help make resolving the issue as pleasant as possible, and I thank them for that!! Dealing with the the sales rep, Dave was very positive. He answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. Ordering the product through go-label was not so pleasant. The listing when I purchased said it would ship within 24-48 hours. Over a week later I had to contact the company about why I hadn’t gotten any notice of it shipping for them to tell me it’s backprdered until late November (about a month after I ordered). When I asked if my shipping could be upgraded to offset the delay since I did not know it was back ordered when I purchased it, they said they’d be happy to charge me for it. Kinda bummed that something that was not listed correctly is on me to get here as quickly as possible. Had I known it was a month out to begin with I wouldn’t care, but the fact that even if you go online to purchase one today (knowing that they are not in stock) it still says “will ship in 24-48 hours” .

United States | 12 October 2018I placed an order on 10/2/18, when I did not receive it by 10/11/18 I checked and the order said processing. I had rec'd a confirmation and order #, my card was charged. I had to contact Go Label to get my order shipped.

Ordered a part with expedited shipping for a customer visit; part wasn't shipped until after we asked for tracking the day before it was supposed to arrive (and we were lied to and told it had shipped already), and to top it off, they then shipped the part ground, rendering the whole exercise useless since it was a week late by the time it arrived. Dishonest or clueless customer service the whole time we were trying to figure out where our product was. Won't be ordering from this company ever again.

Attempted check out and failed (don't recall why). Kept on trying (similar results). Finally got it to "check out" only to get a possible duplicate order notice. Checked my credit card and didn't see it pending. Went through motions again to purchase. Continue on for a shorter # of times. Finally went through.

The excuse I was given was, they did not have the merchandize in stock and that 2 days is from the time of availability and shipping. What would happen if the availability was in a month ??? that means I would receive my merchandize after a month!! WOW !! Please next time indicate NOT IN STOCK and when it will be available, this way consumers will have the options to choose. DO NOT CHARGE DELIVERY for two days and ship in 5. Not good ways of doing a business!!
