Never shipped product and would not ship over probably a $20 difference in shipping, to us because they wanted extra money to send from west coast warehouse instead of an east coast warehouse. Emailed me that morning they was coming, called my facility that evening at 4:22 after we had already closed wanting more money. The website only had one option and one set payment amount. Our facility paid a large sum to have next day AM because an emergency situation that affected our production, product can't ship without labels. 4000 doors sitting at our facility not able to ship, paid a lot of money for employees to work overtime on Saturday to label them, got labels from another supplier that next day air them to us. Cancelled order, there is a reason you pay $208 dollars next day AM, it's becuase you need them now.

Because I was told my order will be delivered on Feb 23, 2021 and I had to wait for several minutes. I needed my order like yesterday and still haven't arrive. I reside in Kentucky.

I placed an order late at night. I thought it would get shipped the next day. And I needed these staples to get product out of my own warehouse to my own customers. But the product didn't ship the next day. Or the next day. It shipped the day after that. And then when it shipped, it appears that it shipped AFTER the next day air cutoff, so even though I paid for overnight shipping it still took 2 days to ship. (I'm assuming a little here, but when your email sasys "next day air" and when I click on the tracking # and it will take 2 days....well it's pretty easy to guess what happened). When I emailed to ask what happened and request a credit for freight I didn't hear a reply back. Suggestions: 1) Put an anticipated ship date on your website that automatically updates. 2) prioritize orders that are next day shipping earlier in the day so they can make the cutoff on time.

zero communication took over a week to ship in stock product and still waiting for a tracking number to verify if it really shipped. It took 5 days to get a reply from my e mail to customer service and I didnt get a ship confirmation until 3 days after it shipped. Zero communication
