Kept me informed and were happy to keep changing the date. Car repair completed very quickly

The garage, KC Autos Winsford, contacted me and asked for pictures of the damage. I sent these over. I received a phone call arranging collection of my car. I was kept up to date as to what was happening, I was called to tell me I could collect my car and leave the hire car at the garage. I went to collect my car on the Saturday. You couldn't tell the car had ever been damaged. My car looked brand new, the paintwork and finish flawless; it smelt wonderful inside; soooo pleased. So happy to have my car back. The work was done through insurance. I would come back for private work to be done if ever I needed it; I can't fault the workmanship and I thank everyone who have helped get my car back on the road.

Over all a great experience insurance claim for body work repair KC AUTOS worked along side my rental company , collected my vehicle from the rentals office ,and returned to the rentals office once repair was complete, Good quick clear communication , friendly well mannered staff on the end of the phone, physical repair took a little longer than anticipated (only a few days, but that was due to awaiting parts), external repair and paintwork was A1 and can't fault their work . There was a small fault found when the car came back to me But Once escalated it was address with urgency ,and all the running around was done by KC AUTOS. So all in all I can't fault them. Well recommended
