The work done is to a high standard and car looks as good as new. The people I dealt with were friendly and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the car was picked up 30 mins before the agreed time period (still in bed) and the collection date was delayed a couple of times (though not excessively and I was kept well informed).

Very pleased with the work done. Great communication keeping me upto date.

It all went smoothly with KC autos from picking the car up to dropping it off regular calls from them with updates to tell you what is happening from pleasant and polite staff brilliant.

The repair process was smooth from drop off to pick up. The staff were fantastic at KC and Enterprise. The only criticism is the drop off/pick up time which could have been a lot shorter. I know I didn't pay for the hire courtesy car but 8/9 days could potentially only needed to be three/four.
