Think the initial damage assessment was incorrect and although I was given about 5 missed dates for repair and return of my car due to global car parts shortage and car test failure I am very happy with the repair work now it’s complete. Staff were very polite, professional and empathetic.

They arranged to pick my car up from my local hire car company, estimated repair time was 5 days, 2nd day of having my car I received a call to say the car was repaired and would be returned the following day! My car was collected early, with a courtesy car fully arranged for me. The replacement of two doors and additional body works were completed within a week, with no evidence of the damage remaining. My car was fully valeted, and returned to the courtesy car hire company earlier than expected.

Good information, good service, and an excellent Job done on my car

I recently dealt with KC Autos who were carrying out repairs to my car following an accident I had. My insurer instructed KC Autos and they have been extremely helpful and ensured that they have kept me updated throughout. Sadly the same can not be said for my insurer. I would like to thank Jodie who went above and beyond for me yesterday to get to the bottom of an issue caused by my insurers mistake.
