Jodie and Sophie outstanding customer service - The gentleman that did the repairs on my car also phoned me to talk me through the job and made sure i was happy with everything he was also very pleasant. It is the second time I've had to use this garage in 3 years and both experiences have been 5 star. Would recommend to anyone with total confidence. Jodie also went out of her way to speak to my insurance company and managed to sort a major mistake my insurance company made on my total price that i was unable to solve. Fantastic all round!!!!!!!

I took my car to KC after an accident. I had a minor issue and since then KC have been brilliant. The car looks like new. Admin staff are courteous and keep you well updated. Steve (Manager) has been fantastic. Would recommend KC for repairs etc. Thank you.

Referred to KC Autos after a hit and run by our insurance. Works completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard, the car even got a courtesy mini valet which was a nice surprise! Great communication and a shout out to Colin at the Atherton branch who is local to our area and was very helpful and just a genuinely nice guy as were all the staff. Should we ever need your services in the future I wouldn’t hesitate on using you guys again.

They made everything so easy for me, collected my car and dropped it off, kept me up to date with regular calls and texts. I am very happy with the work on my car and the additional work I asked for they were very helpful and very quick! My car looks and feels brand new again! Can’t fault them in any way! Good for money and value! Also got my car back clean and shiny thank you very much! Very impressed!

Although I didn't choose kc autos, I can hand on heart say the service they have provided has been outstanding, kept me in the loop with repairs that were being carried out, everything that was left in my vehicle was still in there when they returned it, staff that I spoke to were clear in explaining and friendly in their manner, I would 100% recommend in the future

We were directed to use KC Autos by our Insurance Company after we had another car bump into the back of ours. Initially the repair was supposedly completed and we collected the car. However, as it turned out the repair had not been completed properly and as a result our car wouldn’t lock properly until we had clicked the remote button at least twenty times. We took the car back and apparently a sensor hadn’t been fitted to the boot causing the problem. This was ordered and we waited a further two weeks for this to arrive. We were due to attend a concert at Manchester Cathedral on Friday and we got into the car only to find that there were no electrics at all! We quickly ordered an Uber and I rang KC Autos to discuss the issue. Sophie is a lovely receptionist and has always been polite and helpful but on this occasion she couldn’t help without contacting the manager who came on the phone to speak to me. He was the rudest man I have encountered in a long time and I’m sure he wouldn’t have spoken in this manner to a man. He tried to devolve any responsibility and kept insisting it must be a flat battery. It was only when I insisted that he sort it out that he said he would ring the garage to see if ‘they had any space!’ The car was picked up the following morning but we had to get a hire car for the weekend as we had appointments to keep. In the end (surprise!) it wasn’t the battery but the problem of the missing sensor as the job hadn’t been completed properly in the first place! I am going to report my concerns to my Insurer because I don’t feel this is a good service. 17th April I have just received a very sincere apology from the manager Jeff. He explained that he was very sorry for coming across in this way and that in no way did he mean to be rude. I have accepted his apology and I’m glad that by writing a review it actually gets read and I’m sure this can make a difference to future actions.

From my vehicle being collected and taken for a bodywork repair, to my vehicle being delivered back to me, I can't fault this company whatsoever, kept upto date with time frame of repair and it was completed earlier than expected. Paul from the Winsford branch was very helpful, friendly and professional over the phone. My vehicle looks brand new again, it's amazing what these guys can do. Great communication/updates and a fabulous job on my 3 year old car after someone reversed into it. It came back like a new one so I'm delighted. Would definitely use this company again but hope I don't have to!
