Excellent from start to finish when repairing my bumper after a non fault collision

Excellent customer communication. Car repaired in a timely manner. Work carried out to the highest standard. Car valeted in and out before being returned so that it looked like a brand new car again. My car was collected on time, I was kept up to date with the repairs and returned on time. The repairs where very good and car was cleaned.

Repairs took a while due to parts KC autos kept me informed weekly and dealt with the annoying rental company who phoned me asking for updates when my vehicle was not completed.

Customer set and the engineer was amazing and kept me up to date with everything that was happening with my car from picking it up , doing the work , and dropping it off everyone is amazing
