Other than delays getting parts. 8 was very happy with the service I received. You constantly kept me informed. Very quick pick up and delivery of my car

Picked up the car within a few days of accident and picked it up at the time they stated and returned the car again on time they stated The man who picked up and dropped the car back again was helpful and polite.

Picked up my car and fixed it within a week. Dropped off at a convenient place and time for me. Repairs were done to a high standard. Really friendly too which makes a big difference. Brilliant service!

My lovely little red mini was badly damaged after someone slid into me on a roundabout. There was damage to the door, wheel and back panel. I found the company very friendly and informative. Communication was great, keeping me updated on what was happening.

Smooth experience and excellent first class repair. However communication could be slightly better.I expected a call the day before agreed completion date I did not get a call & when I phoned was told it was was still due to be completed the next day. When I had not heard I phoned again and told it would not be completed. It would have been nice to have been kept updated but this has not distracted from my overall experience
