The work was completed to a high standard and the car was returned in a clean condition inside and out, un like some other repair shops who just wash the area that has been repaired.I was kept in formed about me repair and updated on any changes to completion time, I would definitely recommend there services

Excellent service and information peovodwd by staff on the phone. Only improvement would be to make sure the delivery/picl up os arranged before the automated survey is sent through. Would recommend though!

Very impressed with the service from KC Autos ,they contacted me and discussed the repair process and the repair was completed on time as promised. I subsequently received a repair certificate from Toyota confirming the repair had been carried out using Toyota repair methods and genuine parts .

After having a rear end crash into my vehicle four days before Christmas and going through my insurance this company have been excellent and friendly, always helpful to tell me where my car was up to with the repair and got my car back yesterday after almost a month and looking at the back of the vehicle they have done a superb job, can't even tell I've had an accident into it.

Repair was great apart from the overspray of lacquer on my headlights and a tiny imperfection on my wing where the paint has a very small hollow as if it sunk in and didn't fill up or flow properly on wing only noticed after washing car
