Staff very helpful and polite both face to face and over the phone. There was only one negative issue. One Tyre was replaced but they the wheel nut dust covers were not replace but left in the boot.

Amazing customer service, right from the beginning of our repair journey. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that we had when booking in out car. A courtesy car was supplied quickly. Keith and Gary were able to assist when we brought the car to site and were very reassuring that the vehicle would be repairable and were able to tell me exactly what repairs needed to be done.
