Great service and staff, and now for the best bit. I bought my Mustang new from Ford in 2017 and one thing that always annoyed was that the front bumper wasn’t fitted very well, there were gaps under the headlights. However the bumper fitted by KC Autos fits perfectly and all panel gaps are even. Many thanks to the person who did the job.

Shocking place! My repair was absolutely appalling! Trim was hanging off the car! The gap between the repaired panels Was uneven by about 5mm & not even flush & to top it off I had to take my car back on 2 more occasions, even though they’d just had the car back again for another 9 days it still wasn’t right! Due to there incompetence on not completing the job to a satisfactory standard! Ie pieces missing from the car a light not even wired back in… There so called quality control is a joke! I would also say there staff are quite rude & really don’t care about customer service the receptionist in particular! I had to wait for 45 minutes while they sorted my car out for a third time & wasn’t even offered a cup of coffee or anything I was just sat in the corner & totally ignored.. it’s almost like your made to feel like your the one putting them out because your not happy with the poor workmanship!! I will never let my insurance company advise taking my car there again… I did ask for compensation via email for all my troubles but was totally ignored and never even received a reply or response from management! All I got was a third apology!! # UPDATE I did eventually receive some compensation for all my troubles, a full tank of fuel & a complementary valet sorted out via Steve the manager & to be fair he did everything I asked to put things right! Let’s just hope it’s a leaning curve to getting things right the first time in the future!

Just had my car back today after my insurance arranged KC Autos in Winsford to carry out the repair work due to it being vandalised. I’m so impressed with the work they have done. My car is now in mint condition. Communication has been spot on from arranging to collect my car, supply a hire car and return it back to me, all well within the expected time frame.
