I changed to MIH VoIP late last September and have to say I have had no problems or issues and my bank balance is much healthier as my costs are much lower

Antony made what I thought would be a tricky process very simple. Nothing was too much trouble, from order to assistance in setting the adaptor up. I found the website and instructional videos so so helpful and easy to follow. The call plans are also value for money. Thanks Antony and team. Will be recommending to anyone who needs VoIP.

I have worked with this provider on 3 occasions now, supporting my customers in moving to a Voip set up on losing the access to their previous land line phones. The online process felt a little clunky at first but with exceptional support from Antony, I managed this with no issues. I feel quite competent now to help set up in house connection and mobile app to be able to help people continue to have access to a number they use for specific purposes. Really happy with the service but what stupid out for me was the ongoing and highly responsive support in terms of questions answered very quickly. Suggestions on settings being right for what was needed on the mobile app and advise to help things run smoothly. We were informed at each stage of the process and after care to make sure all was up and running correctly. Excellent. Highly recommended.

From the moment in summer 2024 we decided that BT bills for broadband and phone had risen to an unaffordable level, we knew we were in uncharted waters... We'd been with BT since 1970. Moving to Utility Warehouse for broadband solved the broadband issues. But it took the care and kindness of MIH to give us the VoIP phone system that we required. Six months on we're still mega-happy that our UW agent recommended MIH. A great company with tremendously helpful people!

amazing service and value Anthony really knows his stuff. Since setting up our VoIP and call flow we have had clearer and better communication with all clients and staff. The customer service continues throughout your journey and thankfully we now have a provider that can grow with our business and support us to keep our phone systems running smoothly

I found the app to be well presented; it was very easy to find the things I wanted as each section was clearly labelled. The information I needed was within each section and for me it was one of the best apps I have due to the ease of use and it’s clearly defined set up

Although VoiP has been around for a long time, it's now becoming far more relevant with the impending demise of the traditional land-line! With that in mind having had the opportunity to trial the MIH VoiP App, gotta say it's absolutely brilliant!

Very easy and smooth process to set up the system. I use the app version which means that I have the phone number with me any time and anywhere even I wasn't at the office. I like the transcript of any voice mail being sent to the default email address which is another feature to assist picking up messages on the go. All in all, a great system and I will definitely recommend it to colleagues, friends and family.

I had the great opportunity to trial the VoIP app demo, it was fantastic! It was easy to see how the app delivers clear call quality, user-friendly features, and seamless integration with our workflows. Don't even think about going anywhere else for voip, especially if your local to blackpool. The support the company gives to get you set up is beyond the call! And saved me a fortune on my current voip cost with a totally unhelpful provider!

I can't praise Antony and this fantastic company enough A self confessed technophobe, I was offered the chance of a demo, which I took with lots of apprehension. Need I have worried....Not at all. The app is very easy to understand and user friendly. I was most impressed with the email transcription/notification in the voicemail feature. The app is surely a must have for any business using Voip. Never miss a call again.

I took a demo MIH VOIP account to trial so I would know how it works and would be able to help my mother keep her landline number and phone when the big switch off happens. All the instructions from MIH VOIP were extremely clear. The customer service and attention to detail with this company is second to none. I won't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone wanting to keep their landline services for personal or business use.

From online order to compete setup, including a new area code number, access to the VOIP app and an adapter being delivered for traditional handset usage in the house was all achieved within 4 working days. Great product, service and very easy to setup. A nice range of plans to suit every likely need. Would highly recommend.

Very easy transition from previous supplier. I have absolutely no complaints. Strangely when with my last supplier, for local calls I had to dial the STD Code, but with MIH VoIP, I no longer have to do this with Local Calls. Excellent service

Fantastic service from start to finish. My elderly dad is really happy that he can still use his landline telephone despite having moved away from BT to a new broadband provider. He now has cheaper, faster broadband and has retained his original telephone number, thanks to the number porting process provided by MIH VoIP. I can’t praise their customer care and communication highly enough - a top class customer experience, thank you!

Simple, easy way to move my landline to VoIP, (Voice over Internet Protocol). Having this service enables me to make voice calls using a broadband connection instead of a phone line. My provider is MIHVoIP, excellent service every step of the way. They even ported my number 2 days earlier than anticipated. The connection is crystal clear. Totally recommend them. I have to say this company are amazing. Helped me move a customer over very efficiently and with no issues meaning the elderly lady who was concerned about losing her landline is now very happy with both her new full fibre broadband and her digital landline. No more worrying about the loss of her landline by 2026 for her! Big thanks to Anthony for great support during her switch 🙂
