Easy to order... Amazing variety of Tartan to choose from. We had a postal strike here in Canada... And apperently one in the UK.. Which had delayed the shipping quite a bit. The Scotland Shop tracked my order and also sent me the update on why such a delay. Great quality... I would definately order again❤️

I Love Scotland Shop! I have purchased many items through this compay and I have nothing negative to say. The quality of the items (4 kilted skirts, 1 mens aran sweater, 1 blackwatch cap, 2 Christmas Tree skirts, 2 tablecloths & runners & napkins all for the Blair and MacDonald Clans) has been astounding! The wool is so soft and it looks stunning! The shipping hasn't been too bad, the first time I got hit with a duty tax was a bit of a shocker but the gals in this shop were very patient in explaining everything to me. All items I ordered for Christmas this year, arrived well in time for Christmas. The customer service is unbeatable...and I mean that honestly. Anytime that I have questions they are more than happy to help and ensure that we get the right items. That happened with the sweater this year for my husband. His measurements were between sizes. I ordered it using the smaller of the 2 sizes and she informed me that the larger one would be better and when asked if she could correct the order, she informed me she already had! Perfect! I am so extremely satisfied with their products and will keep ordering from them and recommending them in the future!

They sent my item to the wrong address but told me it was my fault, this was a Xmas present for someone so I ended up paying twice they told me I would be i would be reimbursed if they receive the first item back themselves, could you see that happening? I can’t.

I had a few concerns about my order and contacted customer service. They were very quick to answer considering the time difference and were very helpful and friendly. It is refreshing to work with a company that not only has a great product but also has a great attitude.

Love the tartan brooch as will my sister-in-law who will be the recipient. I suggest that an addition to your range could be to offer to make the brooch using two tartans which would make a great gift for couples whose families both have clan heritage.
