I had the pleasure of visiting the Edinburgh shop during the Christmas season and was thrilled with the service I received. I purchased several pairs of cashmere gloves and had returned to buy more, but sadly the shop was closed on the day I had returned. BUT, no worries, I ordered many fabrics and Christmas items online and had a wonderful experience! The online staff was so helpful and kind to me.
