The product itself (scarf) was lovely. However, we waited over two weeks for the order when it was advertised that it would be shifted withing 3 working days. Radio silence mostly from the company. Apologies were offered after it was a week late.

I emailed regarding the size of a swatch I purchased and we decided it was best to order a 1/4 yard for my needlepoint project. I also ordered a 2.2 Kg bag of remnants (my second bag). The size of the remnants were quite large in this batch! Did you do that purposely? If so.. THANK YOU! They are perfect for my needs!
