Products are good. Staff are friendly and responsive, but cannot be relied upon. Paid extra for a rush order that never made the deadline, despite assurances that it would. Automatically generated confirmation and dispatch notices are full of errors and cannot be relied upon. Billing is in GB pounds and yet my UK based Visa was charged in US dollars at an exchange rate determined by ScotlandShop, resulting in an 11% overpayment.

Not satisfied with how you process overseas transactions. While your bank does the currency conversion, you could have all transactions processed in local currency and let the credit card companies do the conversion. It would save your customers money vs. giving it to the bank.
