Lovely shop to work with. My orders were perfectly completed and in a timely fashion. My husband wore his new tartan vest for Burns Night last evening and received many compliments.

After doing a little research, I found out that my ancestors came from Scotland, not Ireland that I previously thought. Being an Outlander fan and finding out about the actors in those roles, Sam Heughan being from Dumphries and Galloway, made me realize that perhaps that’s where my father’s family was from. My maiden name is Galloway. My daughter and I went to Scotland this past summer. We went with a tour group so we were unable to visit Dumphries and Galloway unfortunately but I wanted to bring a bit of Scotland back for my daughters, my brother and myself. I found your website and had items made with our Galloway tartan. The scarves were so well made as well as the Christmas heart ornaments I purchased. I was so excited and pleased when I opened the box. Since I’m from Michigan, and could have ordered my items out of New York, I choose to have them made and shipped from Scotland. I’m so glad I did, they were beautifully made and shipped in no time considering the Galloway tartans had to be specially made. I’m looking forward to future purchases from you. Thank you!

I recently ordered a tie for my husband to wear for Burns Night. Unfortunately, Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. It took a while to track it down, but we received it eventually - and in time for Burns Night. I was pleased that The Scotland Shop refunded our postage. It was nice to be able to correspond with real people by email, rather than online bots!

I went online chat to discuss measurements for kilt jacket and waistcoat, the person I spoke to (Cara) was very helpful and knowledgeable nett result being I purchased, the jacket and waistcoat arrived within 48 hours, great quality and fit, all round great service, thank you.

Products I ordered were of very good quality. Just wish it arrived prior to Christmas and was disappointed to find that only after I finalized the sale that it wouldn't arrive in the desired time.

I had questions about my order and the Scotland shop got back to me very quickly.

It took 2 months to get my order. In that time I was spammed by multiple adverts from the ScotlandShop. No notification that there would be a delay until I put a query in through help function. Then got a generic response saying sorry your order will be delayed. Pretty poor customer service. Especially over the festive period you need to ensure that your advertised order time scales are a bit more accurate.
