She was polite, and knowledgeable, and able to explain, kindly why the cost had increased by so much. I appreciated her time, and realized she was unable to adjust the rate for my coverage. I have since cancelled with Intact/Brokerlink. By no means was my decision a result of our conversation. Julia was exceptional, and i appreciate the opportunity to speak with her.
