I received a call and was transferred to an agent. I got a little bit of info from him, but as I was at work and had a customer come in, so I asked him to call me back and he asked what time, and I suggested 11:30am. I haven't heard anything from anyone since. That was only yesterday, but my insurance is up for renewal right now.
