Used their website to purchase travel insurance through them. Good rates and plan from Allianz so we went ahead and purchased it. One day before travel and still no news from the insurer. Checked spam folders. Contacted them and they have no idea. Contacted rates.ca and provided them with THEIR reference number and they say their number starts with letters. None of the numbers provided from them can be traced by them they claim so now no insurance prior to departure and no refund to be had. Credit card was charged. Money was withdrawn and not in pending anymore. Dispute in process!! We both wont use their services ever again. Nor Allianz insurance. Too bad as we were going to recommend them to everyone we know. Now we will do the opposite. Scam service. Avoid.
