A little frustrated as I purchased a kitten pack, and my cat has had the first vaccination, but the practice has cancelled his second one. When they called to cancel, I did ask if the course will need to be restarted, and was told yes it would. I asked as I have pre paid for the course if this will be done st no extra costs to me, and was told by the girl who called me that I may have to pay for it again. #not impressed. As I have seen photos uploaded on the Easipetcare Facebook page of pets who certainly did not like their attendance was an emergency!! I asked the girl to look into this, 2 weeks ago, and to date have not had a response.

Never any negative from me here. Great service, friendly staff, clean surroundings & fantastic prices. All my pets so well looked after.

always give a thorough examination of your pet even if they only go in for their anual jab and always approachable staff and olso will accomodate your pet in an emergency without an appointment.
