I recently visited Easipetcare in Kettering. I always use them because I find the prices are perfect, and the staff are friendly. The reception areas are alway clean an tidy/ I visited on this occasion for booster injections for my dog. I did not have long to wait and the vet I saw was really lovely. She was cheerful and friendly and her interaction with my dog was lovelly.

Useless. Contacted Easipetcare Streatham to get jabs for my kitten. Told them over the phone what jabs she’d already had at Battersea. Arrived. First appointment. 45 minutes late. Then told they didn’t have the right inoculation so it couldn’t be done after all. Went home.

I had my six registered at the Reading practice since 2014, and other than getting flea / worm treatment had little cause to go there. Whilst the vet (Dorota), and Nurse (Spanish), were always super with my Pups, the Reception staff left something to be desired. Grumpy, never smiling, rude and with so much attitude it was ridiculous. Come on girls this is a service industry, you are there to make first impressions on your Customers. Since Dorota and the Nurse have left, I have had to take a couple of my Pups for treatment. The practice is dirty, and the reception staff still completely unsympathetic to their Customers, preferring to chat away to themselves. Just because you work in a vet practice, doesn't make you a vet! I've decided to leave the practice, and the final straw was being told my monthly payment for all six would stop, getting confirmation by email, then being surprised to find five payments had been taken from my bank account. Upon calling the practice to ascertain what went wrong, I was told that there were no Senior members of staff available and that I would have to wait until Monday. Obviously this wasn't good enough as it was no small amount of money, having pushed, I am assured I will receive a call in the morning to confirm my money has been returned. The receptionist didn't even wait for me to end the call, promptly hung up! What ever happened to Customer Service? Lets find out tomorrow if that happens!? Update.... so I did receive a phone call, apparently it was all Premier Vet Alliances fault, no word of apology, and I have to take the time to go into the practice to get the money put on my card. Still experienced attitude. Next step, lets see what happens Monday when I go in to get my refund.

I would recommend easipet care. The service me and my puppy received was outstanding. Huge shout out to Charlotte who helped tremendously. I couldn't have had my puppy, Nika, travel with me back to Canada without Charlotte being there every step of the way with the process. Thank you so much Charlotte at Derby's location.

Lovely vets to visit. Cats in extremely good hands and I know exactly what is wrong with them and the treatment needed to help. Tablets going down nicely and the cats are perking up! I know this requires ongoing treatment and I am happy the vets are Good with my 2 and are keeping in the loop. Thank you.

I have been a member for 5 months and care my dog had received I'm forever gratful even to fitting my pet in when the walk in had closed to put my mind at rest after he had a sore ear. I won a hamper from competition which was great but when i went through it all the teething sticks 5 packets were out of date I phoned then and nothing I just felt a bit like they could of replaced them or something as it was a prize. But I would certainly tell my friends and family about my vets.

Honestly, I do go to another vets, but i couldn't get in with my cat, Mr T on two occasions. I thought I'd go to easipetcare, with the walk in service etc. One: the walk in system is honestly stupid. On the two occasions I've been there. Had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Two: everyone is completely rude. The receptionists care about what they are chatting about to each other, rather than their customers. The vets and everyone for that matter, who work there, all have miserable faces and seem not to enjoy working there. Three: Theres no care. They have a quick look at what's wrong, medication, money and off you go. Four: It's absolutely filthy. I couldn't believe how dirty and how bad the place stunk. They seriously need a complete overhaul of the Woodley branch.

i have been using this vet for years for my chinchilla to have his teeth cut, recently due to having new vets they have not been cutting his teeth down enough causing me to have to return more frequently, today was very upsetting as the vet that i saw was rude she spoke at me and tried to tell me that she wouldn't cut his teeth as my 'pet was distressed, which he wasn't as he loves his visits here, the reception staff and nurses are lovely, however when i insisted that she cut his long teeth and explained that i have to syringe feed him she came back to me with you will have to wait 2 to 3 hours, this is for a 2 minute job, very quick to take your money, quite clearly this rude vet was not capable of doing the job and was happy to leave my pet in discomfort, sadly this is my last visit to this vet as i will not be treated like she treated me. i will no longer recommend this vet to anyone again. very sad as i have been using this vet for almost 4 years never had a issue with any vet before they were always happy to help. if there was an option for 0 stars that's what you would have got for my visit today. I will never return as you say you take care of pets well this one clearly did not.
