Pero esta me sorprendió, desde que llegué me permitieron llevarme el auto sin contratar paquetes extras, no pagué ningún cargo extra y el servicio fue muy bueno. El auto con las llantas desalineadas, un limpiador roto y sin frenos ABS, pero no me dio problemas.

United States | 07 September 2020Terrible Experience! Worst Customer service. Staff was rude! There was harassment from the beginning until the end. They kept pushing me to buy their insurance and if didn’t I was not allowed to rent the car. They didn’t accept my Amex Insurance Letter. They didn’t have an automatic car and after 4 hrs of harassment; they told me to leave because they were not going to rent me a car. While I was there, the same situation happened to another person! Worst Company ever!

Ireland | 11 July 2019It sucks! When trying to book a car in Mexico. The guy at the counter wanted to charge me twice because he couldn't check that I already paid online. I asked about a permission letter of going to Belize, they forgot about that. Upon check out, I was promised my deposit was going to be back in my account after 24 hours. It's been three weeks now. First and last time.

Slovakia | 29 January 2019Terrible experience with this company, worsed ever. Rude staff, car in terrible condition (tires without rought part, so we could kill ourself and they refuse to change them after we found out about it!!! Scratches all over the car, broken windshield..). Also they chagred us 562,29 Usd without any reason (without our agreement and without any documentation) after we returned car in Mexico City. Never again!!!! Be avare and dont use this company!!!!
