I recently contracted to have my timeshares sold by Timeshares Only. I had many questions about the process since I know there are many scam companies professing to sell or terminate timeshare ownerships. I was walked through the process step by step and had my questions answered to my satisfaction.

communication was great, post was done immediately after payment was received. My only complaint is they missed the fact the points were the upgraded signature points which i did point out to them in a phone call. Other than that they were great answering all my questions.

Timeshares Only made it very easy for me to decide that they would be my first choice for selling my Timeshare. The sign up process was easy and I wished I had called them earlier. Now I am waiting to see how fast they can sell my timeshare!

First, when I spoke with the Timeshares Only rep, I asked for counsel on what price to list at. He reviewed existing listings and provided a range. I was told that $16,000 was currently the lowest price being requested for 8000 Embarc points. So I listed for $15,500, to ensure quick sale. Today, I discovered that there are only 3 other Embarc timeshares listed, one for $2000 for 5000 points and another for $4000 for 6000 points! No one in their right mind would consider my listing for $15,500 for 8000 points! Second, with my listing supposedly the lowest Embarc price per point on your advertising site, I expected enquiries. Of course, I received none. In fact, on the Consumer Affairs website, where Timeshares Only receives 1 out of 5, the majority of their customers speak of 6 to 10 years without a single enquiry! I am currently trying to get my money back. Wish me luck.

I worked with Vivian G and she was the most helpful person on the planet to help me understand how the transition will work and what I needed to do in order to exit the property. As soon as we completed payment - I was able to view my TS on the site.

Andy Mercado was most helpful. He was patient and had a good sense of humor! Also, he followed through on things.

Time will tell with the product itself. However the experience was pleasant, joy is a pleasure to speak with and I hope we have results sooner than later.

Although we have only just started the process of selling our timeshare the communication from day one has been prompt. As I am dealing with them from Australia I was nervous but so far feeling confident.

They made it very simple to get my timeshare on the market. I am a little confused about renting out my week vs. selling the week. I am interested in selling and do not want to be in a rental situation for a number of years.
