I'm not getting return phone calls after leaving numerous messages. I have information to share with them that they are waiting for but no luck with connecting with them

I talked with Silva from Customer Care she made me feel good about the process in selling my timeshare.

Very easy to deal with. They were informative and helpful giving information. Followed up with me when I was trying to make my decision but wasn’t pushy. So far it’s been a pleasant experience getting started with them.

I am still waiting to see if things works out, but the lady I talked with was so nice and helpful. Fingers Crossed it sells.

Andy our service rep was stellar. The support however we feel let him down by not sending out confirmation to us in a timely manner.

I have owned my Stallion Springs resort since 1999. When I purchased it they had an active sky resort, lodge, bowling ally and restaurant. Now it’s a bunch of old bungalows that need upgrading. All the amenities are gone and the town looks like the walking dead. I paid Timeshares Only a big fee to sell my timeshare. No luck after four years. I want out! It’s not worth the $800 maintenance fee and they are not maintaining the units anyway.

We have only just begun, however, Timeshares Only has given us hope that we could sell our timeshare to someone else, who like us will enjoy it for over 20 years. I am talking about our Holiday Inn Orange Lakes Resort in Orlando. We have 2 weeks, but not they are counted as points & in the red season. God bless us.

Vivian Gutierrez was awesome. She proficiently addressed all my concerns. She was patient while I obtained the documents needed. She made me feel at ease.

After seeing 867 Summer Bay properties on your website, I cancelled my contract. There is little to no chance of a sale here.

Quick follow up when needing more informations or responding to emails.

I have had my timeshare listed with this company for 7 months, lowered the price 3 times (lower than what they say is a reasonable price) and have received no offers. I don't know where they are advertising for my money, but it is not effective.

Just signed up,but Andy was great, Iprobably wouod not have signrd if I got someone less patient.

I have not heard from Timeshares since I paid and signed ad agreement when my timeshare will be advertised or for me to review the ad.

Nothing wrong so far …. But only done step one (sales call) and today I got papers to sign - so I think this form is premature
