Joy Moore was very informative and got us set up for our re-sell of our Condo in BlueGreen Timeshare. The only negative I have is that she didn’t give us the re-sell number on Timeshares Only website so we could review the AD I bought. However she did email me back after I requested the AD number. But I still haven’t got a call or email back with that AD number. Still waiting…

His professionalism and patient assistance through this process was especially appreciated because we do not reside in the USA and some of the process was not at all familiar to us.
