Just listed my timeshare so only time will tell. I would like to know that it sells and doesn’t sit on the list for a year. The agent was very cooperative and seemed to be honest with us about how the program works. Already knowing that we would not get even close to what we paid for our timeshare going into this made our decision a little easier. I spoke with 3 different companies before making my decision. I appreciate the fact that this company & my agent was not pushy & allowed me to think things over unlike another company.

I believe all the companies are operating in Florida related to time share are scams. Honestly I think they internally connected and sharing your data.

The woman was extremely helpful and gave great instructions on how to get started to sell my timeshare. She was very patient with me.

We were not told that there were literally thousands of people just like me trying to get out of a timeshare. Once I looked deeper into the website, finding almost 700 listing for my resort alone. Many listed at $0, just to get rid of the timeshare. Some upfront honesty would have kept me from investing over $700 in advertising my unit.

Gave 3 Stars because rep I did business with seems sincere. I have yet to hear anything about my listing yet. Time will tell. When I see or hear about the actual listing I'll change my rating.

The agent I signed up with was really helpful and knowledgable and the rental agent was great. But my urgency is to sell the timeshare and it has been hard to speak with someone about details in the ad to market my timeshare. That was the expertise I need in listing this. But they are all very nice on the phone.

This was something I have been thinking about doing for a while now as well as other options but after talking with her she made me believe that this was my best option.
