Excellent service so far. Everything was timely and quick, nor was there any pressure. Now we see if the timeshare sells.

Nothing has happened. Its just that at this point you have done nothing to rate. You have my money and only speak of likely results. You sell my timeshare and rent the other than I will have something to rate. The person I dealt with seemed very nice and was helpful with dealing with the paperwork. Today I received papers to sign and the cover letter was signed as "Timeshare Management" not a name to be found on the letters.

I have been very satisfied with the support I have received thus far and anticipate a satisfactory conclusion of a successful sale.

The rep on the phone, Joy was very helpful. However, I did have my attorney look it over and the only concern I had was they only advertise on their website only and they are not real estate agents. You can write your own ad and if you have knowledge of selling time shares then you should do this. They will advertise for you but then you need to do the rest.

Vivien was our agent. She explained things well and was sensitive to our needs as senior citizens.
