Excellent company and excellent traditional paint. They really go the extra mile In terms of customer service.

This is not the first time I dealt with northern paints. I can not fault them. There was some issues with custom’s this time. My paint was returned to base but then quickly mailed back to me. I will certainly deal with them again.

Very helpful people snd delivery was swift and accurate. Only one small thing which prevented maximum stars was the fact that one of the four plastic bucket containers was badly damaged on arrival. Had this order been for just one 10kg pack it would have been more of a problem. Pre order telephone technical contact was excellent and reassuring. Thank you

We wanted a lime based paint for the outside of our house. We were so pleased to find a British company who could supply and deliver - within 24 hours. Worse than bad. Product good but delivery absolutely terrible. Two orders in short space of time both let down by delivery. Avoid if possible.

Did the job. Obvious I suppose being cementitious based but you must use up everything you mix because it hardens like concrete in about 30mins or so. Don’t get distracted from your task lol.
