Once again, outstanding customer service from David and his team, but in particular, David. When a customer makes a daft error and the boss sorts it out the next day, and the product arrives the day after followed by a prompt partial refund, you know you're dealing with someone who cares passionately about their customers and their business.

The order took a bit longer than 48 hours to arrive but that may have been due to a postal service strike.
