I’m very happy with my experience of play more golf. Easy to use app and the telephone help were very good with providing assistance.

Don't Join Macdonalds Portal unless you only like to play 9 holes in the winter. The winter matrix has recently been changed if you renew. One example is, if you want to play 9 holes at 1pm it costs you 2 points. If you want to play 18 holes at the same time it costs you 7 points (equivalent to £24.50). Much cheaper just to pay for each round - £20. I suppose you can book two rounds of 9 holes straight after each other but you will probably have to play the same 9 holes again. When I queried it with playmoregolf they said the matrix is correct and they could not find out that it cost £20 per round to book directly. How can this be? Surely that's not difficult to find out? I had to provide them with evidence but still no reply.

Really simple and clearly set out company. Dealing with them was easy. Got me all set up with no fuss whatsoever. Great work guys.

Great club great course played a few times before

Quick, simple, straightforward. Helpful support team

Had a lovely game. I was invited to join two club members. Very hospitable

Struggled to book at my home course as only 7 day window but full members get 14. Struggled to use my flexible points due to lack of tee time availability and lost them all at renewal. Even booked just before expiry, course was not fully open so had to cancel but still lost those points to. If I hadn’t had to carry so many points over it’s debatable whether I would have renewed.

Low Laithes are telling me Playmore golf isn't allowed there. Disaster! You said it was.

Very simple and easy to navigate website, no issues at all with any queries that I had been answered on the website. I even had a friendly call the next day from one of the agents.

Impressive customer bsevice on the phone

Mostly very good, but lacks a star 'cos I accidentally booked to play on the same day, instead of the Friday following, and was unable to cancel or get a refund of my points: 'too late' via the website and the golf club did not action it despite emailing and asking in person

I phoned PlayMoreGolf when I needed assistance with the purchase of a voucher. The phone was answered promptly, by a very pleasant lady who sorted my purchase quickly and efficiently. There was no sales pitch, I was treated like I was important to PlayMoreGolf not just a number. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction I received a follow up email to confirm our discussion. I wish all customer service departments were this good 👍👍👍
