Since joining PMG we have played golf at least once on most weeks. It has been the perfect system for my wife as a beginner golfer to enjoy quality courses at a much reduced rate. Our nominated course have welcomed us and treat us as full members, giving us pro shop, bar and driving range discounts which add up to some great savings. The booking system is very simple, reliable, and friendly. The offer of extra points for early membership renewal has also been very well received. In my view, a great setup that really doesn't need any changes, just keep giving us value for money and keep enlisting new clubs for us to use. Well done all.

Just renewed membership at PMG at Royston GC but I’ve just found out from the club that they are no longer going to continue with PMG after Sept 23. Why didn’t PMG let me know this? Royston will be the third GC local to me (Girton and St. Ives Hunts) who have exited PMG

Gray set up, I got a round a week during the good weather last year for £500. You would be daft spending £1600 on membership.

Great way to join clubs without paying for a full membership if are not going to play more than once a week. This makes it affordable although you don’t get all the privileges of a full membership. You can’t play in club competitions but a good way to be a part of the club

Play more golf is great for golfers who haven't got the time to commit to a full membership but still want the experience of being a member . But to get the full experience check the points tariffs table's because if like my local club morning and Saturday golf is a no no as you use to many points , but if you plan wisely and don't mind playing late afternoon you get value for money.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It is a racket that once you get in almost impossible to get out of. After multiple attempts to contact them and their 'credit service' Credit style they bounce between each other until you are then tied in. Then when you say you dont want to use their service you get hit with legal methods and suddenly.. credit style come in and fine you the amount. i have an amount for £312 which i never used due to injury, where i tried to get hold of them to cancel in good time. I couldnt rate this a negative, if i could i would. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. EDIT As an edit following my original review. I have been asked to confirm my membership number and details which I have done to legitimise my review of the company. It was then claimed that I had the wrong playmore golf, when their own website leads to the same sign in website as their service offers. It is a poor attempt at getting the review removed and as such I thought I would update anyone else as to what has happened. I have still had no contact from them, I have had to deal with their credit service who told me to contact them and once again they are unreachable through their online system. And so the cycle continues. Likely I will be bullied and harassed into paying the fee I have tried multiple times to cancel. If the team wish to contact me now you have my details, I am more than happy to discuss as you will see I never used it and attempted to cancel with you multiple times.

As a casual golfer, one round a week, 9 months a year, play more golf is the ideal solution ensuring I do not waste lots of money on joining fees and annual subscriptions.

PlayMoreGolf is the best thing I ever did! I used to play as a full member at a local club in my area But was playing less and less because of new family commitments. Once I found out about PlayMoreGolf and what it offered. I signed up to give it a go through 22-23 season to see how it would benefit me. I joined silkstone golf club in Barnsley South Yorkshire which I used to be a member from age 17 to 28. I know the course and some people who are still members. The course is fantastic and really matured over the year and now back to its best. I mainly use practice facilities but love the course when I’m out there. The club is really warm welcoming. what I’m getting across is that PlayMoreGolf is fantastic for flexibility, you can still have an official handicap as I’m off 8, enter medals and certain competitions ( but not major ones ) play in open day and play courses that’s in the PlayMoreGolf courses list too and can buy more points if runout. Once you get to know what you have to do with booking and your points it becomes so easy to use when arrange rounds. I give PlayMoreGolf 5 stars for giving golfer the opportunity for flexible golf and not have to pay out for winter months if you don’t play them. Well do PlayMoreGolf 👍

Great for someone who does not play enough to pay £ 1,000+ per year for a club membership. If you are flexible when you play (generally afternoon and not weekends) you can get around 30-35 rounds a year for £ 350 = £ 10 per round not bad at all! Efficient booking system too.

Cannot fault the service; I like golf but not golf clubs; I want a handicap and to enter competitions. The flexibility this system offers suits me perfectly - try it! I have been very happy with my investment.

Easy to join and my local club (Portal Tarporley) is friendly, has great facilities and allows me to take part in all competitions. The flexibility of being a PMG member, suits my requirements

This membership absolutely fits my requirements. I can only find time in the evenings to play a lot if my golf and this allows me to do that at a reasonable price. I can also be a club member and participate when I can. On top of that there is still flexibility to play at other courses so best of all things.

PMG is a fantastic way of playing golf without having to pay extortionate fees for full membership of a club. You can book your round on-line (on 99% of clubs) and choose a time that suits how many points (cost) you want to spend. I've been a member for many years and I've not had a reason to leave.
