My first time using DogVacay and I strongly recommend Farhan. From meet and greet, my dog fell in love with him right a way. I've never had my dog being petsitting with a stranger but after this experience with Farhan, I will have him take care of my dog whenever I'm away. He's so hands on and followed all the guide lines I've provided him. Everyday I've got updates with messages an videos. My dog was having a blast and when I picked him up today at Farhan's, he didn't want to leave his place. Believe me, I'm one of those panic dog parent, if I know Farhan is great, he's absolutely is.

After having lost my 2 longtime pet/house sitters, I was in a panic about finding someone new. I have multiple dogs and cats so any sitter has to be comfortable with multiple animals. Like many pet owners, I'm very particular about who will be watching my animals while I'm gone. I also have the sitter stay at my house so I need someone I feel comfortable having access to my home. I stumbled upon the DogVacay app and downloaded it to check out the services. All the sitters I contacted were very responsive and wanted to set up meet and greets to see if we were a match. I was impressed with everyone I met with and selected one to try out for an overnight business trip I had planned. She kept me updated on her arrival and departure, sent me numerous updates and photos and even contacted me later in the evening just to make sure I had made it back home safely. I came home to a house full of happy and calm animals and the place was as clean as I had left it. I highly recommend checking DogVacay out for any of your pet sitting needs. I already have the same sitter and a different sitter set up for future business/personal trips I have scheduled.

I was sent pictures and could see in my dogs face how happy he was. The family taking care of my dog were a perfect match for us. It was easy to find them on the site and easy to set up a meet and greet. my whole experience was amazing. as anyone else I love my doggie so much and worry about his care. I was at peace leaving my dog with the family he was with.

I have met a few really great dog sitters on here. That said, I had to weed to through a few undesirable ones, as well. Because Dogvacay does not vet the sitters, It is imperative that you visit each sitter's location and interview them thoroughly. Make you decision based on your comfort level and your pet's reaction. Anyone can hang out a shingle.

It's great to leave your doggies with a loving family who will take of them like they were their own, instead of those depressing kennels in cages. Kristina and her family were amazing and they will now be our dog sitter for both our 11 months Biewer and our 12 year Maltese. From the meet/greet, to making the reservation, drop off and pickup all went perfectly smooth. I would highly recommend Kristina F and Dog Vacay!!

Selena was great with Griffin. She sent plenty of pics/videos throughout the day to keep me updated on his activities, which I was very grateful for. Griffin came home happy and tired, 2 very good indications of the day he had.

I have used DogVacay for years and never had a bad experience. My dog is so much happier staying in someone's home rather than in a kennel. Especially if you have a dog who is a "people person," I highly recommend this type of service and DogVacay has lots of hosts to choose from. If you are new to this type of service or particular about your dog's care, I recommend doing a meet-and-greet before booking with a host.

As a host, we want our potential clients to know more of our previous guest dogs experiences by photos. However, dogvacay limit to upload 50 photos. We definitely want to upload more photos . Plus,I am not able to success upload photos with the app to share with my client in 3 days.Dogvacay charge 20% but there is no customers service at all.

I was fortunate enough to have found a wonderful person to board my fubaby with through DogVacay. I will continue to use this person again and book her through DogVacay. Anyone living in the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley areas or anywhere else nearby would be so lucky to have Yumi care for their furbaby! Such a comfort to know your furbaby is in good hands when you are away.

Wow, this was a great experience. Through DogVacay I found Brian K. in Washington, D.C., and I will ALWAYS call him to watch my dogs in the future. I used to use a different sitter (not through DogVacay) and my dogs returned nervous and thinner. I had assumed that was just the way they reacted to being away from home. Now I know better--my dogs were calm, happy, and in perfect health when I picked them up from Brian K., because they were well cared for and received lots of affection. I can't recommend Brian K. highly enough, and the whole experience with DogVacay was smooth and easy.

It was such a great experience knowing my pup was in good hands, way better than taking my dog to a kennel. Something I like especially was how she kept in contact with me the entire time and kept me updated with pictures and videos, I will definitely go to her again!
