As far as I can tell after having only used them one time, this company is doing a good job connecting dog owners with people to watch them. I will recommend that my friends with dogs check out DogVacay when they need someone to watch their pet.

DogVacay is a great way to have your dogs cared for instead of kenneling them. Our dogs aren't used to being caged so having a caregiver coming to our house to feed them and love them made our time away and theirs more enjoyable. Honestly I was super pleased just with the meet and greet! Once Maria saw my baby she was extremely welcoming and comforting. He felt comfortable around her and her little dog. When I dropped off Senor Poseidon, she texted me as soon as I left to make sure I was aware that he didn't cry or was sitting by the door waiting for me to come back. Maria sent lots of pictures and videos. I honestly had no worries. Once I got Senor Poseidon back I notice he wasn't harmed and I could tell that he was loved and cared for during the stay with Maria. Senor Poseidon and I were very pleased with the stay! Honestly, if I need to leave for work again I would not consider someone else. Maria is a great sitter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As always we love leaving Bentley with Amber. He is excited when we pull up to her house and always seems to be exhausted from playing when we pick him up. Amber does a fantastic job sending photo and video updates which is fun for us to see Bentley having a good time with the other pups.

I've had a lot of reservations when it comes to my pets. I planned a last minute trip and had to find a Vacay spot for my doggies. Raluca was prompt in her response and very passionate about animals. I would definitely use her again. The DocVacay site is very secure for both the host and consumer.

DogVacay is an awesome company for finding highly reviewed dog sitters around your town or other towns your not familiar with. I had a great experience and comfort knowing that my dogs were insured while they were staying the week with a sitter through this site. Also my sitter turned out to be way better than I had even expected. I was able to have my dogs 2 minutes from my condo at the beach even though they weren't allowed in the condo!

Cameron is great with dogs and kept us well informed on how our dogs were doing each day! I highly recommend and will definitely use him every time I need to board my dogs again!

Stefanie was a godsend! We had just moved to a new area, didn't have any friends nearby and the whole family was going on vacation overseas. I found Stef to visit my elderly cat once a day, give her medication, feed her and clean her litter area. Stef came to my house for a meet and greet, she listened attentively as I explained the routine to her in detail and she took down notes in her book. She introduced herself to my cat, Leeza. We both immediately felt comfortable with her. I received a stream of daily pictures of Leeza, as well as the food that was given to her and the food that remained from the previous day (so that I could keep track of her eating). But Stef went above and beyond the routine she wrote down in her notebook - she also gave Leeza lots of cuddles and spent extra time with her. I came home after a week to find a calm and happy kitty - the proof is in the pudding! What more could I ask. I trust Stef completely with my old, sick and defenseless little kitty and I trust her in my home. If you are lucky enough to live in Stef's area - look no further. I feel lucky that I found *my* sitter on the first try. Stef even gave Leeza a present! A brush, which Leeza has been enjoying more than the comb we used before. I am so grateful for the love and affection you have given my cat, who is so precious to me. Thank you, Stef!
