I liked that I could apply for insurance online. My first application was declined as I misunderstood a couple of questions. I reapplied one night and got a follow up call the next day. As I was travelling and our connection was lost, I received an email with addition questions about our circumstances (static park up). By the end of day, I received an email with quotes and purchased my option. So easy, thank you!

Easy to deal with and to talk to someone

There were a few options but I didn't really want to spend a lot of time dealing with the process of getting a policy for our beloved 1964 Riley. Much loved, the car actually has a first name Bob, after the person who previously owned it. I found the online insurance application so easy and well set out - simply done in a matter of minutes.

Other insurers mucked me around and made incorrect assumptions about my vehicle but Star Insurance listened to me and gave quick and helpful responses to my questions. Super friendly, price effective easy to deal with.
