Have had to have the windscreen in our camper replaced twice within a couple of weeks due to new seal on the roads and it was replaced without hesitation no questions asked. It was great that we did not have to worry about it. Fantastic.

for just a wee incident - I had whilst out in my RV, I required the assistance of my Insurer, Star Insurance Specialists, I contacted my case manager, she assured me that everything was in place for a speedy repair to get me back on the road... Yep, until the Kumeu floods, that was, BUT my repairer once back up and running, my jib was first up.... Star, managed the whole job ... awesome thanks Star...

Excellent company to deal with. It is nice to have a person answer the phone without having to go through all the nonsense of listening to options etc. The best thing is the call taker spoke clear English and was extremely helpful.

Star Insurance was recommended to us when we purchased our first campervan (4/21). After comparing quotes with our current main insurer, and a couple of others, Star came up with the best price and the best cover. We have the utmost confidence in them should we ever have to make a claim. Hopefully our premiums will become a donation to Star Insurance and we'll never need them!
