Having check out other companies I found Star most competitive with addition benefits others did not recommend

I came if my motor bike awhile back. With out making my life miserable they had fixed my bike as agreed. The team were super easy to deal with. I've even added another policy with them for my my bmw. I have already recommended so many people to them and will continue to do so.... Thanks heaps team your customer service is impeccable 🤟😁😁😁

I accidently side swiped a car. I got in touch with star insurance and they were absolutely amazing. The car I hit was taken car of within 2 weeks it was great because of course I was so embarrassed that I hit it in the first place. To have such a speedy resolution was fantastic, soooo professional. We started with Star Camper Care after we had an accident that our previous insurer cost us a fortune even though the accident was not our fault. We have insured elsewhere with another major insurance company for many years but were really impressed with the communications, attitude, price, and policy cover for my motorcycle so moved that policy across. We are now in the process of moving our campervan insurance across to Star.

We have insured our campervan with Star Insurance since 2012. We have found them very easy to communicate with, their policies are transparent and easy to understand and it is very easy to get in touch with them if required. Their premiums and inclusions are also very acceptable.

I found Star was the only company that was working with owners of specialist vehicles. My own insurance company Trade Me/Tower had no interest in my vehicle because it wasn’t main stream.

Several months ago I talked to an agent at Star and advised him I thought the value of my vehicle was more than currently insured. The agent simply raised the value to what I thought and when I asked he said there would be no immediate increase in the premium. I will wait for my premium renewal to see how that goes. Thanks Star.
