Almost no communication. Purchased the item, received automatic email stating order was approved. Several days later, received email my order was canceled without a reason, and I will be receiving a refund without the shipping fee I paid for. Shady business conduct. Very shady and unprofessional.

Weeks after my order was placed I heard nothing regarding a shipment. I really had to work to get in contact with them--neither phones or emails were answered. So I disputed the charge on my cc. Low and behold--they then reached out to me--to say it was not in stock! This was a Christmas gift and here it was mid-January. After (loudly) voicing my disapproval--they came back with "oh we'll get it from one of our stores." I started to think it was a sham operation. They finally did agree to credit me back for the purchases but the whole experience took way too much of my time and thus I went elsewhere and paid a higher price for a guaranteed delivery.
