Didn’t tell me my products weren’t available for 2 weeks. I had to follow up and find out l!

The order was Jan 30 and I called a week later after not receiving any notification. They did not realize they missed it and would not have put the shipment through without the call. It has now been 2 weeks since the order went through and the only notification I have gotten with the tracking is that the parcel data was received Feb 7

I didn’t end up getting my order. It was canceled a week after I placed it because it said the item was out of stock.

They sell open bottles from which contents have been used. Customer service can't help.

I got a major delay in receiving my product, with no communication until I asked. Weeks went by with no communication, no updates. Now to be fair, when I inquired, I did get a follow up quickly. I finally had to settle for a different flavor of the supplement I wanted.

Tracking confirms that my order didn’t get dispatched after over a week, when I placed the order. They created the digital tracking number, but the courier company confirmed that they only got the package after I rang up and enquired about it.
