Ordered supplements that was out of stock and actually paid for it. Weeks went by and no one reached out to me to let me know anything. I had to call after waiting so long for something that was never coming. Eventually, I was told that I could choose an alternative. Lack of communication, so I give just 1 star.

Made an order over 6 weeks later I had to contact them to find out they haven’t had any of the items they are selling in stock. Over 3 days of emails and only just had a refund authorised. Distrusting customer service buyers avoid

Very bad experience. They send me a wrong item I ended pay $50 to returned. I upload the picture in your facebook site, they look different with different description and they was diferent. You can go to your facebook site and look at it. Stop saying the are the same. They are not. You send me the wrong item and cost me $50 to return. That is no right. Rude and arrogant over the phone. I hope I get my money back soon. Will no surprise me if you try to keep my money.

Leaving a one-star review because they are asking for me to review the product/service when I haven't even received it yet. I know it is on backorder, but why ask for a review before it is delivered. I would love an email saying when they expect the item too.

Well I never got my product so I’d say pretty bad

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Never received my products. When calling, no one ever answered the phone, waited in que for hours and no attendant ever came on the line. They sent me an email saying my order had shipped, along with a tracking number, however, the tracking number was invalid with the USPS. Tried to Chat over their web site, however, the Chat link did not work. I can go on and on... just don't waist your time with this organization. Go somewhere else....
