I continuously reached out just to be ghosted and hear nothing, then when I received my products 2 weren’t even in the box just a card saying they didn’t have the items. I won’t order from them again, don’t waste your time.

United States | 10 September 2021Multiple times, items have not shipped in over a week, with no updates or notifications on delay reasons. I specifically order flavors that don't say "delayed shipping" to avoid this. They email you coupons, but you cannot use them if you buy 2 of the same item, as their smaller auto discount does not allow you to enter your preferred coupon code, or opt out of the auto savings. No help whatsoever when I emailed. Pretty much "Sorry, here's a 10% coupon," (that I couldn't use for same reason). If you leave something in your cart, you get 8 emails a day reminding you to buy. Constant texts and emails if you look at something on their site. "We saw you browsing." False advertising when they push "prohormones," (that are herbal blends or just DHEA).

After a shipment is missing for more than 30 days, where neither the online tracking, nor a direct contact with the carrier brought me any further, BPN is responding the following to my detailed email complaint: "Hi Thomas, Thanks so much for reaching out! Get excited!! It appears your order shipped on July 26 2021 and you can track it right to your doorstep using the link below: (Generic Web Tracking Link here) Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are always happy to help!" Neither a name nor a reference who wrote this. I didn't hesitate to contact them at all as you can imagine.. to no avail. *edit: I am not getting any information from customs, as I am not the sender. The sender had to take responsibility here, but now we have to communicate through Trustpilot.

United States | 02 September 2021Place an order seen some stuff that said free so thought maybe they're just clearing space so I added to my card then got a call the next day saying that they were changing my order and they were only taking off the stuff that was marks free because it was an accident on their part. When they go to say that I knew it was free and that's the only reason I marked it cuz I knew it was a mistake and that wasn't the truth would not do business with this company

When someone contacted me they said I could choose another product. After making my choice I received the product. The exchange product was 10.00 dollars less than the original product.
