I ordered 2 times or three , no delivery problem

I’ve been purchasing from this company for years now. It’s the one place I go to order a few supps I can’t get anywhere else, and for sure not for the same price. I’m surprised to see the low stars on here. They’ve always been reliable for me. I think there was only one time where my order took longer to arrive and they replied quickly to my inquiry.

The delivery service could have at least porched my box instead of leaving it out by the road...nothing wrong with the site or product, just the sketchy UPS standard of care.

The website is easy to navigate, and the products I order arrive quickly.

Placed 2 orders with know indication not in stock. Running promos but can't deliver or provide when or if being shipped. Then claimed only one order received after numerous screen shots of actual orders. Ultimately they found it. To date no confirmation when being shipped . Yes great prices and selection advertised. No not so great availability or customer service. First time ordering. Not impressed

The product arrived as stated in the description but the product didn’t work as described. I called to inquire about a return policy and I was initially told there are no returns once opened. However, the representative was very understanding and accommodating and she worked with management to get me a full refund once the items were returned. So, I give 3 stars for the customer service, only.

After 1st item was send which got lost in transit via usps, after emailing customer support. They tracked the same package and send a replacement out . Highly recommend.
